A 1984 graduate of the University of Missouri – Rolla (now Missouri S&T) with a BS degree in Civil Engineering.

Has been employed by the Missouri Department of Transportation, HNTB and for the last 30 years the Tulsa Airports Improvement Trust.

His professional experience includes:

• And currently holds the position of Director, Engineering and Planning
