All tickets include in-person-only admission to the June Joint Conference, digital delivery of program documents (not posted online), and digital delivery of a 3HR Professional Development (3 PDH) certificate* for attendees. Includes snacks, beverages (coffee/tea/soda/water) and Italian lunch buffet.
We anticipate a lot of interest in this event and it typically sells-out a week before the event. Please don't wait to reserve your seat.
$75 - Government / Non-Profit / Young Professional (Members 39 years and younger)
$125 - SAME Members / ACEC Members / CMAA NCC Members (any Post or Chapter can purchase at the Member rate)

Sponsorship of this event includes one ticket to the conference. All sponsors will receive logo placement on email announcements / reminders and logo placement at each table as well as projeted during the program. All attendees must be registered. Online registration and ticket sales end at noon on Sunday, June 18 - or when all tickets have been sold.
IMPORTANT: Each member is responsible for applying for his or her own PDH certificate after the conference. SAME cannot guarantee that all boards will accept all PDH credit; please check with your licensing board for more information.

REFUND POLICY
Refunds for ticket purchases, less the noted Eventbrite fee during checkout, will be accepted until one week before the conference by requesting a refund, in writing, no later than 5 pm on Wednesday, June 14.
Transfers will be accepted through the online registration process free of charge until online registration closes at noon on Sunday June 18, regardless of sold-out status.
Sponsorship tickets and walk-in registrations are non-refundable. Tickets may be transferred for sponsors until the transfer cut off of Sunday, June 18 at noon. Any transfer tickets after the deadline will be considered a Walk-in Ticket and must purchase at the walk-in rate. No walk-in registration transfers will be accepted.

DRESS CODE
Gentlemen are required to wear a coat and necktie or a suit. Ladies’ attire should be of comparable degree of formality. Short sleeved uniform or other uniform not requiring coat or tie may be worn in the Club when it is the prescribed uniform of the day by the respective military services.

Valet parking service is available; fees are not included in the price of the ticket (approx. $22); if you plan to use valet service, please arrive 20-30 minutes early so you don't miss the start of the program.
