About this Event
The SAME DC Post invites you to learn about current and future A/E/C opportunities and tour the Surgery, Radiology, and Laboratory Medicine (SRLM) construction project on the National Institutes of Health (NIH), Bethesda Campus.
Hosted by the NIH Office of Research Facilities (ORF), project officers, engineers and procurement officials from ORF will attend and deliver briefs.
The SAME DC Post will provide 1 PDH credit for attending this meeting and tour. Additionally, a social event at a nearby by location, TBD, will be held.
** Registration is limited to 50 people.** If we sell-out spots, please sign up for the waitlist through Eventbrite. All sales end at noon on Monday, Sept. 30.

ACCESS TO CAMPUS
All visitors must access the campus through the Gateway Center on Rockville Pike. Visitors will be required to show one (1) form of identification (a government-issued photo ID-driver's license, passport, green card, etc.) and to state the purpose of their visit (SAME DC Post Meeting, Natcher Center).
The NIH Gateway Center is located adjacent to the Medical Center Metro Station at the South Drive entrance to campus from Rockville Pike / Wisconsin Avenue (Route 355). It combines visitor parking, non-commercial vehicle inspection and visitor ID processing, all in one location. The NIH will process all visitors in vehicles or as pedestrians.
Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the event start to ensure time to clear security. The Natcher center is a short 5 minute walk from the Gateway Center. Because there is a project tour, please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and business casual attire.

TICKETS
Ticket purchase includes access to the NIH A/E/C Opportunities Briefing and Project Tour. The after-event social reception is cash bar. After the program, participants will receive any presentation documents and a one (1) hour PDH certificate. Please note that not all jurisdictions or organizations accept a PDH for continuing education credit.
Refunds and Transfers: Full refunds, less the noted Eventbrite fee, will be accepted until the registration deadline of September 30 at noon. Transfers can be made through Eventbrite ticket purchase at no additional cost until Sept. 30 at noon. All ticket registrations close at noon on Sept. 30.
