All tickets include in-person-only admission to the 2024 June Joint Conference, digital delivery of program documents (not posted online), and digital delivery of a 3-hour professional development (PDH) certificate** for attendees. Includes snacks, beverages (coffee/tea/soda/water) and lunch buffet.
We anticipate a lot of interest in this event and it typically sells-out a week before the event. We are limited to 90 attendees. Don't wait to reserve your seat!

TRANSFERS & REFUND POLICY
All attendees must be registered. Online registration and regular-priced ticket sales at 7 pm on Friday, June 7 - or when all tickets have been sold.
Refunds for ticket purchases, less the noted Eventbrite fee during checkout, will be accepted until one week before the conference by requesting a refund, in writing, no later than noon on Wednesday, June 5.
Transfers will be accepted through online registration process free-of-charge until online registration closes at 7 pm on Friday June 7, regardless of sold-out status. Send request for transfer to Bree Beal, [email protected].
Sponsorship tickets and late registration/walk-in tickets are non-refundable. Tickets may be transferred for sponsors until the transfer cut off of 7 pm on Friday, June 7. Any transfer tickets after the deadline will be considered a late registration/walk-in ticket and must purchase at full price of the late registration/walk-in ticket.

DRESS CODE
Gentlemen are required to wear a coat and necktie or a suit. Ladies’ attire should be of comparable degree of formality. Short sleeved uniform or other uniform not requiring coat or tie may be worn in the Club when it is the prescribed uniform of the day by the respective military services. DO NOT WEAR t-shirts or jeans to this event - you will be turned away from the Army and Navy Club and will not recieve a refund.

Valet parking service is available; fees are NOT included in the price of the ticket (approx. $22); if you plan to use valet service, please arrive 20-30 minutes early so you don't miss the start of the program.
