INDIVIDUAL TICKETS
All tickets include admission to the National Press Club, 2 drink tickets* to the cocktail reception, hors d'oeuvres, sodas, water, and tea options with a three-course dinner, including dessert and coffee bar. All ticket holders must choose a meal option or the default will be chosen for them. Special dietary requests or meals must be received 10 days prior to the event for accommodation (limited to availability), please contact the event organizers prior to purchasing tickets with any questions.
Individual tickets are non-reserved seats at tables.

SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES & GROUP TICKETS
All sponsor and group tickets are reserved/assigned table seating.
All sponsorship purchases and all ticket holders included in sponsorship must be registered by Saturday, January 20 at noon EST. Any unassigned ticket holders will be forfeit to accommodate additional seating. Sponsorship and group seating is reserved and assigned to specific tables, according to sponsorship type and typically located in the front and towards center seating. Reserved seating is on a first-come-first-reserved basis.
Sponsorship and Group Ticket purchases are NON-REFUNDABLE because benefits begin immediately upon purchase.

All sponsors will have the following additional benefits as part of their packages. Logo in all event promotion and announcement emails. Logo on the event registration page. Verbal recognition during the program. Name badge recognition.
TABLE SPONSORSHIPS (7/7 available)
There are seven (7) Sponsored Tables for each branch of the Military, available on a first-come-first-serve basis: Each table of 10 seats - 6 for invited awardees and members of the represented service branch, and four (4) tickets for you and your invited guests. Purchase multiple reserved table seats with group ticket purchase at the SAME member rate.
$1,000 - Military Service Table (4 tickets included) - only 7 tables available. Sit with the presenter and award recipients from the: Air Force, Army, Coast Guard, Navy, Marines, Public Health Service, and Space Force
BAR PACKAGE SPONSOR & WELCOME RECEPTION (3/3 Available)
$2,500 - Prominent sponsor signage displayed around the cocktail reception bar. Napkns with the sponsor's logo used throughout the event. Premier listing at the event, program, and related media (5 tickets included).
PROGRAM SPONSOR (3/3 Available)
$1,000 - Main Program sponsors of the 28th Annual Awards. Dedicated listing on front pages of digital and hardcopy programs (2 tickets included).
DESSERT SPONSOR (2/3 Available - tickets NOT included)
$500 - Primary dessert and coffee sponsor for the program. Prominent sponsor signage will be displayed around the dessert and coffee bar area. Priority listing at the event, program and related media (purchase individual tickets separately).

TICKET PURCHASE & REFUND POLICY
Individual tickets are refundable until 10 days before the event on Saturday, January 20 at noon EST (Eventbrite fees, listed at ticket purchase, are NOT refundable). Group Tickets and Sponsorship Tickets are NOT refundable.
Regular priced registration closes at 5:00 pm EST on Friday, January 26. All registrations after the closing date will be charged the Walk-in Rate until capacity is reach (tickets will automatically change to the new rate at this time). All tickts are transferrable until regular price registration closes. Please contact Bree Beal ([email protected]) to transfer your ticket to another individual.
Sponsorship and Group Tickets will be assigned on a first-serve-first-reserved basis. All ticket holders must be registered with an assigned seat NLT noon on Saturday, January 20 or seats will be forfeit and move to open seating, available to individual ticket holders the night of the event. To register your ticket holders, contact Bree Beal ([email protected]).
MENU OPTIONS
Please join us for a cocktail hour Welcome Reception in the Holeman Lounge prior to the dinner service. All ticket holders will receive two (2) drink tickets when picking up name tags at the check-in desk. Cash bar will be available throughout the evening. Enjoy hors d'ouvres during the networking hour.
We're delighted to serve a three-course seated meal during the awards program. Dinner includes your choice of entrée, bread, salad, and dessert bar/coffee service.
- Filet Mignon Au Poivre Dinner, almond potatoes, spinach parmesan soufflé
- Roasted Chicken Dinner, pan gravy, country mashed potatoes, tarragon green beans
- Acorn Squash with wild rice, cranberries, pecans, braised greens, cider reduction (VEGAN/Gluten-free option)
DRESS CODE
Military Uniform Service Dress; Cocktail attire: coat and tie for gentlemen and ladies' attire should be of comparable degree of formality. (No jeans/short-sleeved t-shirts).

Our 28th Annual Awards program will be held at the National Press Club for a cocktail & dinner program that recognizes these individuals and firms for their contributions and introduces you to the new 2024 SAME DC Board of Directors. We have a lot to celebrate and encourage you to reconnect with your SAME members, military and civilian professionals, for our first in-person program of the new year.
