How to Take Advantage of the SBA Mentor-Protégé Program, Operate as a Mentor-Protégé Joint Venture or Prime-Sub Team, and Avoid Common Pitfalls (1 PDH)Presented by Fox Rothschild, LLP
This presentation will provide professional development to the SAME Community by providing guidance on the many advantages for architects, engineers, and contractors (A/E/C) firms and government agencies to apply to the SBA Mentor-Protege Program (MP), how to compete as a MP team, and how to form a MP Joint Venture to maximize flexibility and resources in performing federal contracts and subcontracts as a small business. This presentation will address a key option for members of the SAME Community to compete for, and win federal contracts and subcontracts set aside for small businesses.

Gentlemen and Ladies should wear business casual attire. Short sleeved uniform or uniform not requiring coat or tie may be worn at the meeting when it is the prescribed uniform of the day by the respective military services. Business cards are welcome.
