About this Event
A unique experience curated for allowing the mind, body and soul to flow into a state of Samadhi (bliss.) Let go of inhibitions in a safe space with like minded individuals and feel your heart guide you! All are welcome; all levels from first timers, novice to advanced. No dance experience required.

Doors open at 6:00pm Guided meditation starts at 6:15. Please arrive on time and be mindful as you enter to allow everyone space to acclimate.
