Join us for a timeless and powerful healing event at The Ancient Spanish Monastery in the atmosphere of peace and sacred energy. You will be transported inward- through the high vibrational energy, ancient spiritual traditions, and the modern awareness of our master guides. Rooted in traditional practices of yogic meditation, breathwork, sound healing, and Tibetan chants- this is the container for deep introspection, silence, and quantum shifts. We emphasize that this is a gently- stimulating event, substance-free and a safe space, designed to highlight the medicine within you.
Our cultural event is a blending of different modalities and techniques from around the world, bringing the practice to you. Not everyone can travel to the Himalayas of Tibet and meditate on top of a mountain. Still, with the access of yogic masters and our Tibetan Buddhist Monk Lama Tashi Norbu, we are transported through the vibration of sound, art, and ancient wonder.

- Arrive on time! This is an intentional energetic container.
- Gentle stimulation, acoustic setting, and substance-free event.
- We ask that you keep your cell phones on Silent and only tend to your phones for emergencies.
- Leave photos and videos for after the ceremony. This will allow us to experience the contrast of intentional sound, guidance, and art with noble silence allowing for deeper insight.

During our ceremony, Lama Tashi Norbu will be painting live in the monastery square to capture the essence of our collective energy and his painting will be available for sale at silent auction!
*Our event takes place on Leap Year Day, a special moment in time for an extra pause of reflection and manifestation aligning with the ancient calendar. An opportunity to seed deeper visions and take further leaps within oneself and to find the bliss of it all*
Flow of Show:
7:00 PM: Arrival Pre Ceremony and Copal Welcoming with Franco
- Guests are welcomed at the mystical Ancient Spanish Monastery.
- Receive a Copal Blessing upon entry.
- Cacao Sipping
- Find your space in the main Monastery Square
8:00 PM: Opening Breathwork of Life Ceremony with Bianca
- Set the intention for the evening in noble silence (vipassana).
- Guided Alchemy Breathwork: Connect with your breath and the energy of the sacred space.
8:30 PM: Move into Stillness with Paola
- Meditation and Light Stretching.
- Five postures to move into deep awareness.
- Yin sequence, the power of breath, and meditative guidance.
9:15 PM: Geometric Sound Healing & Buddhist Chants with Denali and Lama Tashi
- Embrace the contrast of silence versus intentional sound.
- Journey into the form and the formless.
- Transport to the sacred land of Tibet through sound.
10:00 PM - 10:30 PM: Closing Ceremony, Connection, Silent Auction
- Gradual emergence from noble silence with gentle guidance.
- Reflection and sharing (optional) of individual experiences.
- Indulge in lite bites and tea.
- Connect with fellow participants and facilitators.
- Take Photos in the beautiful Monastery and with us (be sure to tag us!)
