This practice can be considered a form of so-called Ecstatic Yoga, where isntead of investing energy and effort into doing a pose in a certain way, we work on using the body to get to the sweet candy core and center of our being, right to the middle of all the layers of the onion

Get ready to unlock your potential with this playful experience--a liberating blend of trance, dance, meditation, voice, and pure bliss

In this event, we cut straight through the noise of life, the stubbornness of ego, and the sufferings of the psyche to the mind and heart of yoga in a trance-induction dance practice with specific tonal voice techniques that will help us to tune into the unified field of consciousness and slide deep into a beautifully tranquil meditative state.

PLEASE DO THE FOLLOWING IF YOU ARE COMING:

wear comfortable clothes that allow free movement

Bring water or at least a water bottle

Bring meditation cushion and/or yoga mat. (limited mats are available)
This is a partially guided movement and vocal technique practice.

This practice covers cardiovascular health, emotional wellbeing, and supports the overall experience of inner happiness we like to call the pleasure of santosha (satisfaction). Your participation will also go toward helping us to raise funds for the beginning stages of Light in Balance, so that may eventually find our local forever home.
