Guided by Wiradjuri/Gundungurra artist Sarah Levett, kids will learn how to use symbols to tell their own stories in this delightful workshop.Over an hour, kids will create a mini hanging tapestry using symbols to represent themselves, their family, or home, while learning about the way symbols are used in First Nations cultures to tell stories about identity and Country.
This workshop is suitable for kids aged 5-12. All participants must be accompanied by an adult.
