Sam Burchfield is a singer/songwriter currently based in Athens, GA. He was raised in Seneca, SC and spent his younger years developing his guitar playing and adding in vocals as he grew older.

Having been a member in various folk and jamband projects dating back to his college days, and most recently as the mandolin picker in indie-folk act Elonzo Wesley, Taylor Winchester is stepping into his solo pursuit as a singer-songwriter and performer. After releasing three singles in the midst of the 2020 pandemic, he is currently working on a debut full length album targeting a 2021 release.
Combining musical influences ranging from the likes of the Bob Dylan and Jeff Tweedy, to Nick Mulvey and Jim James, his songwriting embodies an ethos of a soul searching journey, while encouraging awareness around the abundant offerings found in a mindful, simple approach to life.
