Drawing from their mixed movement backgrounds (gymnastics to climbing, lifting to martial arts), and their science and engineering professional backgrounds, Sam and Luka are known for their detailed, technical understanding and methodical approach to training. They particularly specialize in challenging creative L-base flow, handsfree acro, and f2h/h2h. Sam and Luka are currently based in Seattle, but have plans to move to Italy this summer, so be sure to catch them stateside while you can!
Workshop 1: Hands Free Acro
11:30am to 1:30pm
We'll go over the principles of hands free movement and explore both hip-to-hip transitions and how to train towards mono handsfree inversions with a handsfree flow.
Pre-reqs: Comfort in Side Star transitions w/ hands, Shoulderstand, and mono RStar w/ hands
Workshop 2: L-base Flow
3:00pm to 5:00pm
Get ready to work your brain and body with some classic Sam & Luka tricky L-basing. We'll be bringing a unique, creative flow with options to level up and down.
Pre-reqs: Big Lemoi, 10 sec F2H, 10 sec Tuck-sit, entrance to RStar (any)
Pricing: $30 for one workshop or $50 for both
