This heartfelt community event will feature a patriotic musical presentation by Matthew Sabatella, a Color Guard presentation by the Sons of the American Revolution, and a special Vietnam War Veterans Pinning Ceremony conducted by the Daughters of the American Revolution, Fontaneda Chapter. Guests can enjoy a nostalgic “canteen”-style hot dog lunch—free for veterans and available for purchase by visitors.This family-friendly celebration is free and open to the public, offering a meaningful opportunity to express gratitude to those who have defended our freedom. Bring your family, friends, and neighbors to honor our heroes and enjoy an inspiring morning at one of Pompano Beach’s most historic landmarks, the Sample-McDougald House at Centennial Park.
