In this 2-hour workshop, we will slow down the Sun Salutation sequence to truly listen to the body and discover how each shape can support our energy, strength, and purpose. By moving with curiosity and awareness, you’ll uncover new depth and meaning in this foundational practice.

✨ Exploring the postures that make up the flow, with alignment, modifications, and variations
✨ Cultivating a felt sense—learning how each posture lands uniquely in your body
