Enjoy the rejuvenation of yoga classes in the healing powers of the salt cave!
RESTOREative Yoga classes will focus on deep breathing and gentle, supported stretches.
Yoga Nidra classes will start with some gentle movement to prepare the body for stillness and then settle into a guided meditation.
During classes the Halogenerator will infuse the room with vaporized medical-grade salt, while a calming soundscape will help to transport you to bliss! Only 8 people per class so don’t wait to grab your spot!
