You'll receive "reiki" in the middle of the session. Reiki is a Japanese healing practice that channels universal life force energy to promote balance and well-being. Reiki works on physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual levels, helping to reduce stress, release blockages, and restore harmony. Meditative Drumming
You'll receive the drum at the start and end the session with drumming which creates a steady, rhythmic beat that naturally guides the mind into a meditative state.
