We are thrilled to have this special event the 1st Friday of every month in partnership with BODYBARRE: Salt Therapy Yoga!
Relax & Restore your body, mind, and soul with a 45 min yoga session led inside the salt room and a 15 min oxygen bar session.
You will practice yoga in the salt room while simultaneously receiving healing and balancing halotherapy in a beautiful space infused with salt particles. The salt room’s ambiance aims to promote relaxation and respiratory well-being, creating a serene environment. The presence of salt has benefits for the skin, respiratory system, and enhances the overall yoga experience. This will be followed by a restoring 15 minute session at the oxygen bar.
