Salt Room Business Coaching Sessions

Overview ~

Four exclusive business coaching sessions that bring together wellness, growth mindset & big business breakthroughs.

Each monthly session begins with a brief group check-in and a reminder of the halotherapy health benefits we’ll receive. In the salt room, we’ll take 15 minutes to ground and set intentions through guided meditation. The remaining 45 minutes will allow for participants to each receive business coaching on a specific challenge.

About Salt Therapy ~

Salt therapy, also known as halotherapy, is a cleansing therapy that involves breathing in air with micro salt particles. This practice leverages the natural benefits of salt, which include its antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, and immunity-boosting properties. By breathing in these particles, individuals can potentially enhance their overall well-being.

Business Coaching ~

Become familiar with Katie’s Phases of Entrepreneurial Success, define what’s driving your success, discover which phase you’re in and what you personally need to do to gain a clear vision, grow exponentially, and align your actions with your desired results.

Each attendee will be given the opportunity to share a specific challenge they’re facing in their business and receive 1:1 coaching as well as group support.

About Katie Zoe ~

Katie is a multifaceted, award-winning business development strategist and communications specialist with experience founding successful companies.

She has developed and co-hosted various podcasts, TV, and YouTube productions that have generated national followings. She has been featured in media such as BBC, NPR, The Cut, The Doctors, Forbes, HuffPost, and Elle magazine.

Katie has a PR Strategies certification from Cornell; won the NESHCo Lamplighter award for Social Cause; won the Women’s Distinguished Business Award from WomensNet; was a recipient of the Amber Grant; and worked on campaigns with both nationally and internationally-known brands, such as Marriott.

Katie Zoe became a certified as a guided meditation practitioner in 2009 and energy healer in 2017.

Cost ~

Register for individual sessions or a package of four.

Each session is $99 per individual.

4 session packages are $349.
