On a mountainside a group of young people escape war and genocide in a powerful play about loss and love hunger and hope censorship and truth.
Directed by Calvin Magee Salt Mountain explores a community forced from their homes by conflict finding unity in their shared struggle for survival. As they endure hardship they also confront the detached and indifferent responses of those in power who hold their fate.
Created in partnership with An Táin Arts Centre and funded by The Arts Council’s Young People Children and Education Project Award.
Please note that Wednesday is a relaxed performance.
