About this Event
Immerse yourself in a spectacle of sensations as you enjoy our sound bath in Kelowna's unique salt cave on Tuesday, October 7th, from 6:30 - 7:30 PM. (Please arrive 10-15 minutes before 6:30 PM) Enter a dimly lit cave made entirely of Himalayan salt, which glows with a warm orange hue from the soft lighting. The walls and floors of the cave are covered in salt crystals, and the air is infused with the therapeutic properties of salt.
As you settle into a comfortable position, your sound healer, Karlee Rose will be playing gem-stoned infused crystal singing bowls, drum, chimes with voice activations, and intuitive singing to guide you out of your head and into your body. The sound waves created by the instruments travel through the air and vibrate against the salt crystals, producing a rich and deep sound that fills the space.
As the sound vibrations penetrate your body, you may begin to feel a sense of relaxation and inner peace. The salt in the air helps to clear your respiratory system, and the gentle sound waves can help to soothe your nervous system and release tension from your body.
As the sound bath continues, you may feel yourself slipping into a meditative state, where you are fully present in the moment and completely relaxed. This experience can help to reduce stress, anxiety, and promote overall wellness and balance.
Emerging from the salt cave after the sound bath, you'll feel like a new person. Your senses heightened, your body and mind rejuvenated, and your spirit uplifted. The combination of the ethereal sound waves and the grounding salt cave environment creates an otherworldly experience that cannot be replicated anywhere else. Find a sense of deep inner peace, as if a weight has been lifted off your shoulders, and a renewed sense of clarity and purpose.
Afterwards, you will leave with a gift bag to further nourish your self-care.

! IMPORTANT !
There are 4 LOUNGERS and 2 WOODEN CHAIRS (first come first serve - most prefer to be on the ground), please bring a pillow or yoga mat. While the floor of salt crystals is relatively soft like a large-grain sand beach, it can be uncomfortable for some due to the length of the event. There will be availability for only 2 people to sit on chairs due to physical health ailments if needed.
Attendees must arrive NO EARLIER than 6:15PM to sign-in, get the waiver settled, and get comfortable in the cave. We start promptly at 6:30PM the latest, and the event goes till 7:30PM. There is no need to come earlier than 6:15PM as the extra 15-mins is to get settled so we can start on time.
