One of the best locations to see spring wildflowers in bloom at Monroe Lake! This spot is home to an unusual white-blooming form of Virginia Bluebells, along with over 30 other species of spring ephemerals. Our hike will take us from the ridge-top woods into a floodplain valley and includes off-trail hiking on a moderate slope. 2 hours
