Join me for a night of gentle movement and relaxation at the Salt Cave on Friday 31st January 6.15-7.45pm. Whether you’re a complete beginner or have a regular yoga practice, you’ll leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.
- I’ll lead you through a sumptuous gentle flow yoga practice.
- I’ll incorporate pranayama (breathing techniques), making the most of the most of the salt room around us.
- We will end the session with a healing sound meditation using crystal singing bowls. The singing bowls produce sustained sound and vibration which is deeply relaxing and can lead to a reduction in stress and anxiety, improved sleep and better body awareness.
