A sound bath is a deeply immersive, full body listening experience that uses sound to intentionally invite mindfulness and restorative processes to nurture the mind and body. The sounds of the quartz crystal singing bowls promote deep relaxation and peace, expansion of consciousness, and open the body’s energetic system (the chakras).
Ashley with Sage & Cedar Herbal Wellness will be providing a tasty tea to kick off this event, and she will help us to set our intentions as we begin the session. ☕️
We will utilize the first 15 minutes of this experience to slow down, become present, and connect the mind and body with the breath in a slow moving meditation.
We will then move into a 45 minute sound bath. Listen to the healing sounds of the quartz crystal singing bowls as you release into your savasana.
