A sound bath is a listening experience that uses sound frequencies to restore and nurture the body, mind and spirit. The frequencies activate the parasympathetic nervous system (responsible for our rest and digest functions) causing the brain waves shift to a dream-like state, as they synchronize to the sound waves created by the bowls. Thus, inviting deep rest and relaxation.During this salt cave sound bath, participants will recline in zero-gravity chairs or lay on yoga mats, relaxing into a meditative state as they are surrounded by the vibrations of crystal singing bowls, and other sound healing modalities.
The halotherapy (salt therapy) of the salt cave has antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties. It can improve respiratory and skin health, increase immunity, and reduce stress and anxiety.
The synergistic effects of Salt & Sound allow for a deeply meditative experience, leaving you calmer, less stressed and rejuvenated.

*The first 6 participants to schedule will be seated in zero gravity chairs. The final 2 to book will need to bring yoga mats and whatever else will make you comfortable on the floor
*A fresh pair of white socks is required in the salt cave and are available for purchase
*Water is not allowed in the salt cave
