A sound bath immersion is a full-body, listening experience that uses sound frequencies to gently yet powerfully restore and nurture the body and mind. This sound bath will include chakra-balancing crystal singing sound bowls, and other sound healing modalities.Allow your brain waves to shift to a relaxed, or even dream-like state, as they synchronize to the sound waves created by the bowls. *The first 6 participants to schedule will be seated in anti-gravity chairs. The final 2 to book will need to bring yoga mats and whatever else will make you comfortable on the floor
*A fresh pair of white socks is required in the salt cave and are available for purchase
*Water is not allowed in the salt cave
