Julie from Sol Harmonics and Cher from Dragonfly Maternity will be hosting this circle in celebration of Mother's Day. Join us as we come together for movement, meditation, sacred bath salt creation, and crystal bowl vibrational sound therapy.
No experience is necessary, come as you are (safe for pregnancy; however please note this is an adult-only event; no children or infants.) All yoga props will be provided, and we will also be providing herbal tea and water through the evening.
