As we settle into the space, we'll engage in a heartfelt circle - intentions - fostering a sense of community and collective healing. Followed by a few yoga stretches to relieve tensions and relax the body.

Please come 15 minutes before class to get settled in. Feel free to bring your favourite blanket and pillow for comfort. You will be sitting on a zero gravity chair. If you wish to bring your own water, please make sure it is in a spill-proof, non-glass container.
