A Cinder Pop-Up Dinner, proudly supported by the NC Dept Of Agriculture, Shipley Farms, The Rappahannock Oyster Co., and FreshListCome join us for another one of our Cinder Dinner Series events! This event will be held at RockSalt - Charlotte on 512 Brandywood Rd.
This will be a 8 course chefs tasting menu, showing collaboration work with Chef Travis Hearne in our "Salt & Ash" Dinner. This dinner will showcase Courses from the sea from our partners at Rappahannock as well as aged beef plates from Shipley Farms, and Wild Game meats.
Our guest speaker and local street artist, Leon Parker will have works of his on display and will be explaining his process through our design of Cinder restaurant.
There will be a 2 hour cocktail hour to follow the dinner and speakers between courses from our chefs and vendors.
Proceeds from this dinner will be donated to The Carolina Farm Trust, which helps to financially assist generational farmers to sustain or grow local agriculture here in NC.
