It's time to dust off your dance shoes and learn some cool turns and figures in Salsa dancing with our weekly Salsa class, practica, and social. This happens every Wednesday night in the heart of Downtown at the stunning Henke & Pillot. Singles and couples welcome, no partner needed, some basic knowledge of Salsa experience required. Free street parking. Reserved online, pay at door.
☀️ Weekly, every Wednesday night.
⌚️ 7pm - 11:30pm
? Henke & Pillot 809 Congress St. Houston, TX.
? Free street parking after 6pm around Market Square Park and nearby streets.
? Casual attire. Low heels for ladies. Leather sole for guys recommended.
? After the classes we dance to a dj mix of Salsa, Bachata, Cumbia, and Merengue.
? Food available at Sapporo Sushi restaurant and Niko Niko Greek restaurant nearby.
? Bar available all night.
? $15/person for class and social or $5 only social after 9pm.
? Class limited to 50 attendees. Party limited to 100 attendees.
?? Singles, couples, groups welcome. No partner required. Check-in is from 7:00-7:25p. Classes in Salsa Beginner and Improver turns from 7:30-9:00p. Party and social from 9pm till 12:30am.

All Lessons are for improvers to intermediates. Some experience in basic steps and turns required. If you never danced Salsa before, Monday nights is for absolute beginners

✓ Event is 18 and up to dance, 21 and up to drink.

HOW TO JOIN / TICKET PRICE
✓ Reserve in advance to save your spot, pay at the door.
✓ Cover:
7:30-8p Salsa foundation, leading and following techniques. $5/p
8-9p Salsa turns class (beginner to improver level) $10/p - includes social.
9-12:30a Salsa social. $5/p for social only.

Free parking around Market Square Park: Travis, Milan, Congress, Preston St. Do not park on red zones (for emergency vehicles only). Street parking is free all over Downtown after 6pm Monday to Saturday. Free all day Sunday. Don't forget to lock your car and secure your valuables in your vehicle.

Out of abundance of caution, we are asking participants to not join the dance event:
1. If they are feeling sick (includes cold, flu, allergy symptoms, cough, sore throat, fatigue, stomach aches, etc.) 2. If they are known to have risk factors (older age / comorbidities) that may trigger an adverse or severe response to COVID-19. 3. If they have known exposure to a person with COVID-19 in the last 14 days.
