Enzo Vergaray is a Canadian Peruvian non-binary choreographer and competitive professional salsa dancer with over 10 years of experience in a variety of dance styles. Known for their hypnotic performances that blend grace, speed, and technical difficulty, they have made a significant impact in the dance community as both a performer and educator. They specialize in leading and following in social dancing, where they are recognized for their smooth, clean styling.
Now based in Australia, Enzo is passionate about creating a safe, fun, and supportive environment for all dancers. Their true passion lies in working one-on-one with dancers, as they love witnessing individual progress. However, they also enjoy teaching fun, inclusive, and empowering classes where everyone feels welcome. Through their instruction, Enzo helps participants build physical, mental, and emotional strength, removing fear from even the most challenging movements and goals—with one simple rule: just have fun!
As part of their broader mission, Enzo supports the LGBTQIA+ community by empowering marginalized voices in the dance world, working to normalize diversity and inclusivity in every performance, event, and workshop they lead.
