Get ready to celebrate the arrival of the New Year with a night of intrigue, elegance, and salsa dancing—Bond style! Step into a world of glamour and espionage at Once Again Restaurant on December 31st, with the evening's festivities kicking off at 7:45 PM as we count down to 2025.

Four-Course Gourmet Menu:
Guests will pre-order selections from our sophisticated menu when purchasing tickets on our website. Each guest can choose two entrées, one main course, and one dessert for a culinary experience tailored just for them. Upon arrival, guests will receive their “For Your Eyes Only” order confirmation sheet, featuring their name and menu choices.

To Start: Kingfish Ceviche (GF) or Mushroom Miang Kahm (GF, VG)
Entrées: Scallops (2 pieces) (GF), Pork Dumplings (5 pieces), or Vegetarian Dumplings (5 pieces) (VG)
Main Courses: Steamed Glacier Toothfish Penang Curry (GF), Massaman Beef (GF), Kaeng Kamin Eggplant (VG, GF), or Wok-Fried Mushroom, Cloud Fungus, and Braised Tofu (VG)
Desserts: Coconut Panna Cotta or White Chocolate Mousse with Raspberry Sorbet
Dinner Timing: The first course will be served promptly at 8:15 PM.

Enjoy iconic Bond-inspired cocktails all evening. Featured drinks include:
Skyfall Vodka Beast Martini – Vodka, dry vermouth, and a lemon twist, shaken to perfection.
The Vesper Martini – A Bond classic with gin, vodka, Kina Lillet, and a lemon peel.
Goldfinger’s Negroni – Gin, Campari, sweet vermouth, garnished with an orange peel.

Social Dancing Until 2025:
Dance the night away in true 007 fashion, as the event continues until 12:30 AM with salsa, bachata, and cha-cha, accompanied by live music and Latin beats.
Dress to Impress – Best Dressed Competition:
A James Bond party wouldn’t be complete without dapper suits, elegant gowns, and spy-worthy disguises. There will be vouchers for the best-dressed male and female, so come dressed to impress!
- Men: Think black tuxedos, sharp suits, or military uniforms in the style of Bond. For a criminal twist, come as a classic Bond antagonist like Blofeld, with a white suit and a menacing presence.
- Women: Glamorous evening gowns are a must, channeling Bond girls like Vesper Lynd, Honey Ryder, or Madeleine Swann. Opt for bold, sophisticated looks with sleek hairstyles and jewelry to complete the look.
