Sharpen your On1 timing and transitions with social-dance-focused footwork and shines. Expect clear technique, partnerwork-friendly shines, and combos that translate right to the dance floor.
Level: Improver and up. Beginners are welcome—class moves at an improver pace and is a fun challenge.
What we cover: timing, clean transitions, speed/precision drills, and short combos to music.
Great for: social dancers who want cleaner, more confident On1.
Bring: dance shoes/sneakers with smooth soles and water.
