🕺 Body movement: In this class focus will be on the body movement that is used in Afro-Cuban movements.
The earthy bounce and the right chest movement will guide us through different moves.
This is the perfect fundament for the following class.
🕺 Afro meets Mambo: How to fuse these two styles? We will use the knowledge of the class about the Afro-cuban movements before and work it into classic and cool Mambo Steps.
