Welcome to the Salsa In Hawaii 1st Annual Alohana Latin Dance Festival! Join us in August 2025 at the beautiful Sheraton Waikiki Resort for a weekend filled with salsa, bachata, and many other styles of Latin dancing. Get ready to groove to the rhythms of Latin music, learn from top instructors, and connect with dancers from around the world. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned pro, this event is perfect for anyone who loves to dance. Don't miss out on this unforgettable experience in paradise!
The Alohana Latin Dance Festival welcomes all teams from all locations to come and perform. It does not matter if you are professionals, amateurs, students, or keiki (children), everyone is given a chance to be in the spotlight. Our instructors are carefully selected for not only being experts in their craft, but also their personality. Many are returning instructors from previous Salsa In Hawaii events. Our instructors are known for their reputations as social dancers as well as performers. They have been known to already embrace the Aloha spirit as members of our ohana.
This may be the first year for the Alohana Latin Dance Festival, but its origin has deep roots in the Latin dance community. The main organizer, Grant, is a founding member and co-owner of Salsa In Hawaii which has held the Hawaii Salsa & Bachata Congress since 2015. He also organizes Luxe Hawaii Salsa which is best known for Salsamor, Hawaii’s longest running and most popular salsa night, established in 2012.
Salsa In Hawaii Nightclub parties are 21+. Please purchase the correct tickets if you are under 21.
All sales are final for Alohana. Tickets cannot be re-sold or transferred.
We will make exceptions for medical reasons in the month of August 2025, if you are sick with Covid, Flu-symptoms, or any other illness please DO NOT COME. Show us a positive test or doctor's note between August 15th-27th and we will refund your ticket. We will not refund hotel, AirB&B, flight, car rental, or other such expenses. We will not issue refunds if you get sick once the Congress starts or if you are already in attendance.

All attendees and volunteers are responsible for your own belongings, your health, and well being. There is no storage for attendees belongings.We reserve the right to photograph and video anyone on premises, and use photographs and videos at our discretion.
