Salon à Trois spotlights music by women and queer-identifying composers in a variety of languages and styles.
About this Event

Salon à Trois features some composers whose names may be familiar, like Clara Schumann (Robert Schumann's wife) and Fanny Mendelssohn (Felix Mendelssohn's sister); some who may be new to you, like Cecile Chaminade (French), Amy Beach (American), and Rebecca Clarke (British); and some who are still living, one of which (Vartan Aghababian) composed trios specifically with our group in mind!

The repertoire we share will comprise of both duos and trios for Soprano, Viola, and Cello.
