Our 2024-25 Season explores plays surrounding the theme "Hold On" This season invites audiences to explore the human instinct to hold on—whether to the past, for a brighter future, or to our own lives and beliefs. Through a series of compelling new plays, ATC presents characters grappling with the decision to hold on or let go. And, no play encapsulates this theme better than WASABIA! Join us for a new play and of course, stay for the legendary conversation.
Wendy Herlich's dark comedy is only on Sunday April 6th at Turbine Flats @ 2:00 PM.. The play is directed by Deanna Walz.

Synopsis:
Vivian, staring down the barrel of dementia, and Carla, desperate to shine as a young hospice volunteer, strike up an unlikely friendship, which is thrown into question when Vivian enlists Carla’s help in getting life-ending drugs from a hapless musician. The drugs themselves are characters in this dark comedy, which alternates between naturalism and the surreal as it explores one woman’s experience with medically assisted dying.
