Join us at our charming historic Inn for a hands-on cooking class where you’ll learn to prepare a delicious fresh salmon dinner and enjoy the meal together.Our innkeeper and cook, Julie Webb, will guide you through making Salmon en Papillote—a mouthwatering dish featuring dill, lemon, and shallot salmon, crafted with wild. caught alaskan salmon from the Mary’s Land Farm Store and Secolari lemon olive oil. You’ll get hands-on experience preparing your salmon and fresh vegetables in parchment for baking.
Julie will also demonstrate how to make the perfect side dish and dessert: wild brown rice with toasted pine nuts and rich chocolate mousse topped with homemade whipped cream.
