Come down for the kickoff of 2024's Salmon-A-Rama as we start the derby's 50th anniversary celebration with live music from touring 80's tribute band "The Breakfast Club," free fireworks show, games and entertainment, and all sorts of food... including fried cheese curds!Don't forget to stop by and take a shot at the annual Popcorn Raffle (WINNER EVERY TIME!), Daily Raffles, or to pick up your tickets for the EPIC Final Day Raffle (do not need to be present to win).
Entry into this family-friendly event is FREE thanks to the support from the City of Racine, Visit Racine County, Enjoy Mount Pleasant, Town Bank, and many others.
The Johnson Pump Kids Fishing Pond will offer kids a chance to catch a trout and win a prize ($5 per kid). In addition, there will be cornhole, (kid-friendly) hatchet throwing, and other yard games available for free use!
This event is hosted by Salmon Unlimited - Wisconsin, Inc, a 501c3 non-profit based in the city of Racine. Our organization, its board, and event chairman reserve the right to remove anyone who does not respect the family-friendly environment we have established within the Festival Park grounds.
