[Salisbury] Magic Presents: A Villainous Halloween!

Magic Presents: A Villainous Halloween is a special Commander event, offering a unique twist on the popular Magic format. Bring your own Commander decks and, at the start of the game, secretly choose a villain card, each representing a classic villain from Magic’s history with its own alternate win condition.
As the game unfolds, work toward your secret objective. Once a you meet the condition on your chosen villain card, reveal it—and from that point on, each of your opponent loses the game at the end of their own turn, unless they can stop the villain in time!
As a reward for participating, players can take home a pack of event materials (while supplies last)!
SETUP
Shuffle the Villain cards and deal three to each player. Each player secretly chooses one and sets the others aside. The Villains that aren't chosen won't be used in this game.
ADDITIONAL RULES
Whenever your commander deals combat damage to a player, you may look at their Villain card.
At the beginning of your end step, if you meet the condition on your Villain card, you may reveal it. Doing so puts your master plan into motion!
At the beginning of your end step, if the master plan of another player's Villain card has been put into motion, you lose the game. Don't let this happen!
