This one day course running from 9.30 -5pm will equip you with a simple and straightforward structure that you can use every time your'e asked for a proposal.
Part 2- Confident Negotiation Skills
Sometimes prospects and customers may not buy what you offer staight away, they may need to negotiate with you over some of the costs and try to get a few little extras thrown in for good measure.
I'll help you plan to negotiate with some easy planning tools and processes that will help you through the negotiation so that you dont end up dropping your prices too much and giving the good stuff away for free.
This course is highly interactive, lots of exercises, activities and stimualting discussion. Oh and no boring slides to sit through either.
Everyone who attends will recieve a full pack of notes to take away with them, together with recommended reading suggestions.
