Many food lovers don't know that not all garlic tastes the same. This season we are selling our Bundanoon grown garlic from the Creole, Artichoke, Marbled Purple Stripe and Porcelain groups. These garlics, originating in cold climates across the globe, have deliciously distinct flavours and pair with particular cuisines. PS We will be holding a garlic tasting too and selling Confit Garlic and home grown, home grown Blackberry Jam (because it pairs so well with the Mouthwater sourdough bread)!
