🎉 Salamander City’s birthday is just around the corner and they’re inviting everyone to celebrate! Join us February 6th, 7th, & 8th for back to back to BACK pinball action with 3 birthday tournaments at The Original Pinballz Arcade.Hosted by local pinball enthusiasts, enjoy a series of different tournament formats each night to celebrate 3 years of non-stop pinball fun! For a small entry fee, players will be put through the ultimate test to see how far they can go- with cash prizes and bragging rights on the line.
Whether you’re a veteran player or new to the pinball scene, all players are welcome to take part in this pinball party!
🎉 Thursday, February 6th: Tournament 1
- Start Time: 7:30pm
- Entry Fee: $5
- Tournament style: Target Matchplay qualifier – The match play round ends after a certain number of players reach a certain threshold.
- Tournament finals: Strike Knockout – Lose games, get strikes. 3 strikes, and you’re out. The last person standing wins!
- Strike Points: 1st place = 0 strikes, 2nd place = 0 strike, 3rd place = 1 strikes, and 4th place = 1 strikes
🎉 Friday, February 7th: Tournament 2
- Start Time: 7:30pm
- Entry Fee: $5
- Tournament style: Progressive Strike Knockout – Lose games, get strikes. Get 10 strikes, and you’re out. The last person standing wins!
- Strike Points: 1st place = 0 strikes, 2nd place = 1 strike, 3rd place = 2 strikes, and 4th place = 3 strikes
🎉 Saturday, February 8th: 3rd Anniversary Salaxtravaganza
- Start Time: 1pm
- Entry Fee: $10
- Tournament style: Matchplay qualifier – Winning games = you get points. The more points, the higher rank you have. 16 games of qualifying (8 rounds with 2 games). Top half of competitors will make the playoffs!
- Tournament finals: Matchplay – Winning games = you get points. The more points, the higher rank you have. Top 4 placements will win prizes!
