For our final Happy Healthy Meet Up of Spring let's kick it old skool with a favourite - Salad Party. Easy veggie packed meals perfect for this busy time of year!Let’s fill our fridges with some yummy & nourishing salads. Bring a friend or two, and join us for a fun hour of salad making - prep your lunches (or dinners) for the week and have some conversation and laughs with your neighbour!
YOU BRING:
5 mason jars or other jars with tight fitting lids (I suggest 1L jars - wide mouth if you can, but not necessary).
2 salad ingredients
- washed, chopped and ready
- plan on 2 cups per person attending per ingredient
Location details given when RSVP is confirmed.
Ingredients list will be sent out prior to confirmed guests to ensure we have enough variety and no duplicates.
RSVP by Friday June 14 so everyone has enough time to plan/prep their ingredients.
