Join us for everyone’s favorite post-workout event, Salad in a Jar! We’ll start right after Stroller Strides! Comment below with 3 items you will bring to help assemble delicious salads. Quantity brought should be approximately the quantity you are leaving with (ie 2 tbsp of cut up carrots won’t go very far).
Day of event bring 3 jars + your 3 items. We will bring the serving utensils! Never done Salads in a Jar before? No problem! Comment below with any questions you may have!
Some ideas of what salad items to bring:
-dressing
-veggies (carrots, broccoli, peppers, onion, tomatoes, etc)
-proteins (cheese, meats, beans)
-greens (bring lots of these)
-toppings (nuts, craisins, raisins, etc)
