The wine workshops of the French Institute have decided to take you even further on our discovery journey, and to celebrate the spring, they offer you the opportunity to discover a still too unknown beverage, sake.You will have the chance to taste different types of sake accompanied by various and surprising Japanese dishes.
You will be able to learn more about Japanese culture, as well as the secrets of sake production and its legends, thanks to our special guest, the ?? Frenchman Jérôme Bronzini.

About Jérôme:
Born in Provence, Jerome Bronzini has mostly worked in the specialty coffee industry across England and Finland before settling in Estonia, where he is now a beer brewer. But above all, his fascination for Japan and his love of sake has led him to become a Sake Sommelier and get the opportunity to be the Sake Educator for the Sake Sommelier Association in Estonia and Finland. With the goal to help promote and develop the sake industry in the region through lectures, tastings and courses, he has created Sake Calling, and successfully completed the Sake Professional (Sake Education Council) and Sake Scholar certifications.
