Join us for a fun and informative class about sake while enjoying chef-prepared bites!
About this Event
Join us the third Saturday of every month from 2-4 PM at Sake Haus, for a unique opportunity to explore the world of sake with our operating partner, Kim Hayashi. This tasting and education class is designed to provide you with an in-depth understanding of sake, its history, production process, and flavor profiles. The goal is for every attendee to gather newfound knowledge about sake and feel comfortable ordering and enjoying the national beverage of Japan when dining out.
Each attendee will receive a welcome cocktail, five pours of sake, and a few light bites prepared by Chef Joe Cajipe to accompany each pour. Tickets are $60 plus gratuity (20% gratuity added the day of the class). A $12 deposit on Eventbrite saves your seat and the remainder of the ticket price will be billed at the event. The price will increase to $75 for any day-of in-person ticket sales.
Seating is limited, and attendees will be seated together.
