Your daycation begins at the Motherhouse of the Sisters of St. Joseph of Carondelet. See some of the original parlor wood flooring, beautiful stained-glass windows, graceful staircases, historic china, and much more.
Lunch is a special treat. Enjoy a Lebanese cafeteria style lunch in the Cedars Banquet Hall at St. Raymond’s Maronite Catholic Church in downtown St. Louis. The Cedars is a proud recipient of The Wedding Wire Couple’s Choice award since 2013. Their famous Wednesday lunches sponsored by the St. Raymond’s Ladies Society has been bringing people together in downtown St. Louis every Wednesday afternoon for great Lebanese food and fellowship since 1979.
After lunch, visit Mt. Grace Convent, home to the Pink Sisters, a cloistered contemplative missionary religious congregation who dress in rose-colored habits.
