Please join us on Thursday, December 11, 2025 for an evening of Advent reflection at St. Thomas á Becket Parish in Reston. Vespers and adoration will begin at 6:30 pm in the Church. A light-fare reception will follow, featuring a keynote presentation by Michael Kelly, Ph.D. on “St. Thomas More: Tudor Wisdom in a Modern Era.” Professor Kelly, who received his doctorate in history from the University of Notre Dame, is on the faculty of the Department of History at Christendom College, where he focuses on European history, including Medieval Europe, Tudor/Stuart Britain, and the Renaissance.
