It's Saint David's Day, a whole day of all things Welsh and a day we love to celebrate with all of you.Yes, it's on a Sunday this year and we're excited to welcome you to celebrate with us. We love our Sunday's here at the pub, so we'll be incorporating our favourite day of the week, with our favourite day of the year Dydd Gwyl Dewi.
Doors open at 1pm ready to serve a lush 2 course traditional Sunday roast......... Menu on its way soon!
Our Welsh girl Paula, quiz mistress and all-round star, will be hosting a Welsh themed quiz (what other theme would it be) This will take place at the usual time of 7pm until 8pm.
Fancy yourself a challenge?!? Our world-famous leek eating competition might well be the star of the show. We've had many take this challenge on over the years, and it's always one you'll never forget, for reasons only those who have taken part will know....... Get your names on the list and give it a go!
Still more to come, live music with all of your classic pub singalongs from 10pm, prizes for best dressed (dress as you see fit for the party) and drinks specials on our Welsh range.
