Join TAAA and the National Park Service for an afternoon of safe SOLAR observing at Saguaro National Park East.Solar viewing telescopes will be set up to the left of the Visitors Center at the Bicycle Ramada.
The Sun is nearing its peak in the sunspot cycle so there is lots of activity on its surface. You will get to see sunspots, prominences, flares, and more.
Event is free but NPS admission fees apply.
